Design a measurable cyber program around risk, resilience, governance and outcomes. The course is positioned around applied decisions, governance boundaries and evidence rather than passive completion.

This course connects naturally to the SKADI-Frostbow capability in the Predator architecture, providing a pathway from education into assessment, readiness and operational adoption.
